Howley Quay Motors is a dedicated and committed family run business, established under the management of Wayne and Karen Hickman, both of whom have worked within the industry for the past 30 years. 19 of these have been spent providing a high quality service to Cheshire Constabulary. In addition to Wayne and Karen are Wayne's father, Harry, daughter, Amanda and son-in-law, Graham. Joining them in more recent years is their son Josh. Working alongside the immediate family are their employees, who are equally dedicated and committed to providing a service that is second to none.

Howley Quay Motors is accredited to the latest industry standards as laid out in pas-43, and are members of the Association of Vehicle Recovery Operations. Operating on behalf of Cheshire Police, in addition to local haulage and coach companies, and providing a fast efficient and reliable service at all times, which is aided by an extensive range of light and heavy recovery vehicles with experienced and highly trained operatives at the helm, Howley Quay Motors is considered a driving force in a very high standard industry.
